Built this entity from scratch to fully operational in two months, including preparation of Private Offering Memorandum, and financing through the sale of 400,000 shares of common stock. Over a seven-month period, grew from zero to 1,400 users. Sold company in November 1997.

Services were provided based on the concept of "Delivered Solutions" and priced on a fixed-fee basis. Directed multi-level staff hierarchy, which included administrative, sales, customer service, programming, design, user support, project management, and documentation positions.
